What makes me tick?
I am a certified chef and have worked at Doris & Ed’s (catering chef), Bistro Ole (expeditor, waitress, consultant), and have consulted for many Jersey shore area restaurants. I have been known to be out on a restaurant review with a local newspaper food critic. Talk about fun!
I bring my business experience to my courses and often use real situations in my teaching. My quilts have been shown in various local quilt and art shows.
What ticks me off?
Students that have so much potential for success and chose not to use the gifts they have. Come on everyone, explore your potential! Show me you care about yourself and your future. I’ll meet you more than half way if you just put out the effort.
